This is not an update about Isabel, but more to let you know of an upcoming Australian environmental initiative called National Tree Day.

National Tree Day, which is sponsored by Toyota and the AMP Foundation, aims to promote and encourage the community to come together and plant native trees and shrubs. It is the perfect opportunity for us to follow in Isabel’s footprints and do something for the beautiful environment we live in.

Planting a tree is an easy, and fun way to help the environment. Since global warming is becoming more of an issue in today's society, I think that it's important that we get as many people as we can to join in on these kinds of events. Trees not only make places look more attractive, but they also absorb carbon dioxide from the air and produce oxygen, therefore slowing down climate change.

Isabel has movie day

Some more news, with another new picture!

"Isabel Lucas and sexy Chris Hemsworth go to the movies together to see 'The Wackness' yesterday in Los Angeles, California. Isabel, on her way there, pulled over on a miscellaneous road for about 30 minutes to fix her hair and her makeup to look her best. She then went to meet Chris at the theater. Once they met, they went to the concession stand to buy themselves some snacks including a pizza which they had to wait for, like everyone else. As they waited, a friend of Chris stopped by to say hello. As they waited for their pizza, he gave her a hug. Isabel then came out of the theater and headed to Barnes & Nobles Bookstore to say goodbye out of the public eye. They were both wearing matching white, he wore a white t-shirt and black jeans, and she wore a white dress."

Short article: Isabel is one Stylish greenie

FORMER Home and Away actress Isabel Lucas will be happy to be listed in the company of Oscar winner Cate Blanchett in the current US edition of InStyle.

But the recognition is more for being green than her talents on screen - Lucas and her boyfriend Adrian Grenier have made the mag's cut alongside Blanchett and Andrew Upton in their top 10 most environmentally friendly star couples.

Described as "a match made in hippy heaven", Lucas and Grenier are winning Hollywood popularity points for embracing the green theme.
